Leonard Charles Neal served in the US Army for two years during the Vietnam War, earning the Bronze Star. Neal was a 20-year key player in the conservation program known as the National Wild Turkey Federation which teaches young people the value of preserving our wildlife heritage. Within his church, he has worked diligently to support the homeless with lodging and meals. He also has been a key contributor to the Fayette County Freedom Fest program that honors local veterans who continue to serve their hometowns.
